Kids' Zone

The Kids’ Zone is a haven for children to learn, imagine, and play. With fun and exciting activities and events, our staff delivers the best in stay and play while parents enjoy exceptional club experiences.

  • Summer Break (Starting June 1):  Thursday - Sunday  |  11am - 9pm

  • Closed Yearlong: Monday - Wednesday

GUEST RATES

  • No charge for Members with the exception of events and parties.

  • Guest Rates: $20 per hour / $15 per hour for each sibling

GUIDELINES

Check In/Out

Check-in/check-out procedures:

  • A parent or an adult guardian must sign the child/children in and out each time.

  • Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to check themselves in or out.

Guests

  • All guests must check-in at Member Services upon arrival.

  • Please notify Kids' Zone 72 hours in advance, if Members' guests will be utilizing Kids' Zone services.

  • Limited to 4 guests per Member unless prior arrangements are made with the Kids’ Zone Manager.

Age
Kids' Zone is for ages 4 and up. Any children under the age of 4 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent, babysitter, or nanny.
Kids' Zone Policies

  • Children who are not potty-trained need to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Families are not permitted to use the Kids' Zone outside of the hours of operation.

  • The maximum stay in Kids' Zone is 4 hours. Additional charges apply for children left beyond the time limit unless specified by an event, party, or camp.

  • Parents must be on property when their child or children are playing in the Kids' Zone. A pager may be checked-out from Kids' Zone.

Illness

Children will be turned away if they exhibit the follow symptoms: 
fever, vomiting, diarrhea, productive cough, runny nose (mask is required to stay in Kids' Zone with this symptom alone), contagious conditions such as pink eye, lice, hand-foot-mouth disease, etc.


 
Conduct

  • Children are not allowed into the office without approval.

  • Please no bad language, hitting, or rough housing. 

  • Be respectful and kind to our environment and all participants in Kids' Zone.

  • Running and yelling are for outside play, while inside please use soft voices and walking feet.
